The Beartooth cabin offers the romance and privacy of a new custom built hand hewn log home on 10 acres of land. Perfect for Honeymoons. We have abundant wildlife such as deer, eagles, hawks, bears, and moose. Drive down the road and if you're lucky, you'll see the long horn sheep! We sit on 10 acres with nothing in front of us but the beautiful Beartooth Mountains with 2 of the highest peaks in Montana. In back is the quiet running Stillwater River. You can literally walk out the back door to world class trout fishing We situated the house so that there isn't a bad view from any window. Imagine waking up in the morning and seeing the sun come up shining on Mt. Wood. We knew when we found this piece of land that Montana was truly the "Last best place". So come stay and enjoy our big skies, great fishing and hiking and the serenity and solitude that few have found yet.

The house is located along the Stillwater River near the small town of Nye, Montana and a little more than an hour Southwest of Billings. We are also about an hour to the small ski town of Red Lodge. From there, you can head over the scenic Beartooth Highway to Yellowstone National Park. We are literally at the gateway of the Beartooth Wilderness and Custer National Forest. With world class fly fishing out the back door and some of the highest peaks in Montana out the front, the Beartooth Cabin offers something for just about everyone. When you come here, you've come to the Last Best Place!!!

Rental notes: Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cancellation policy - Our reservations are very important to us. If you cancel within 90 days, you'll receive your full deposit back less 10% processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days, your deposit is subject to forfeiture unless we can rerent any or all of your stay. The funds will be available to you upon that percentage less 10% processing.

The house consists of two bedrooms. The private Master suite with a King size bed, private entrance, private porch and bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Large sitting area in the loft overlooking the River and sunset in the afternoon. This area also has a convertible couch. Kitchen with Corian countertops and sink. All appliances including microwave and all cooking utensils along with pots and pans.
