Villa Costa has four beautiful bedrooms, in one room there is: two single beds, In another room there is a double bed, in the third room there is a queensize bed, In the Master bedroom there is a King size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a balcony where you can see the ocean view. All room have their own bathroom and closets to store your belongings. All you have to do to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Brazil is to walk approximately 5 minutes to a gorgeous white sand beach called “Porto das Dunas” this beach is located near Villa Costa. Villa Jerome is 10 minutes from the Prainaha Beach, on the way to the beach you will pass many beautiful residential homes.

Views:The view is amazing you can see the beach, the beach park and everything else around you.

The house's are located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Downtown Fortaleza is a about 20 minute drive from the house's, this is great for those who enjoy the night life, clubs and exploring the city life. Close by the houses there are restaurants, where you eat deliciously and can enjoy a great variety of cuisine for reasonable prices. A long the beach you will notice "dune buggies" [for rent ]This is an exceptional experience and we suggest you try it! You are able to drive a long the coast of the beach, get to know the area you are staying in, get a breeze and a golden tan while doing so. There are many great traditional Brazilian restaurants located on the beach side.

Rental notes: We request a deposit at the time of the reservation which will vary according to the length of your stay. The balance will be due when you Arrive at the house. On most weekends during our summer season,we require a minimum one week stay.

Villa Costa is two storeys, 3 including the basement, newly renovated and fully furnished, with an exotic peach stucco colour to give you that vacation effect. All room have their own bathroom and closets to store your belongings. There is one living room, one dining room, which includes a TV (with satellite, English speaking channels),a DVD player, stereo system and many more. There are 7 bathrooms all together, there is the sunny kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances, microwave, dishwasher and with great servants to make your holiday as easy and relaxing as possible.

Outside Area:There is a brand new pool and don’t worry, it’s a perfect height for the children (a shallow end is included), there is a beautiful patio which surrounds the whole house.
