Take a laidback scenic drive East along route 30-A to quaint little beach towns such as Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach. If 4 Bedrooms are not enough, you can consider also renting our beach front home Gulf Splendor I located on the same lot.

With over 100 private charters, Destin boasts some of the best fishing in the gulf region. Take half or full day charters for Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Red Snapper, Trigger Fish, Amberjack, Cobia and many others. Drop your catch off at one of the harbor restaurants and come back that evening for a delicious meal. Take the kids towards downtown Destin and Okaloosa Island to get to the Big Kahuna Water Park, the Gulfarium and many other family entertainment options. While the pure white sands and emerald waters lure people to its shores, Destin offers so much more!

Family Room - Ideal for entertaining, this large gathering area with a gulf view, full kitchen, queen sleepsofa, entertainment center and wet bar. Walk out on to the large deck (with pool) and enjoy gulf views while sipping on that morning coffee or that sunset cocktail. This also connects to a powder room and washer/dryer area. Gulf East - This bedroom has a partial gulf view with a queen bed and private full bath located on the third level. Gulf West - Located on the third level, this bedroom has partial gulf views to the West with a king bed and private full bath. Captain’s Bunk Room - This third level bedroom features two regular sized bunk beds with a private full bath. Great for a couple of adults or four children. Lower Level Bedroom - This ground level bedroom has a king bed with private bath and offers privacy from the action above.

Outside Area:Pool- Children and adults love this amenity. This 5 x 12 pool is on the main deck just off the Family Room. This pool is a perfect solution for smaller children and the wrap around bench seating easily accommodates 12 adults.
