Massachusetts bed and breakfast - Cape Cod holiday B & B

We are one of the few Bed & Breakfast Inns on Cape Cod that have their very own private beach. Most of our rooms are oceanfront or have a view of the ocean. All our rates include a full breakfast, which is served on our glass/screen enclosed verandah overlooking Nantucket Sound. After breakfast, a walk awaits you just a few steps down onto our sandy, private beach. There is also an oversized living room where you can while away your time in front of our Victorian fireplace or watch television on our large surround sound TV, or just enjoy conversing with interesting travelers from all over the world. There is also an area where you can just relax with an interesting and varied choice of books, magazines or games, and for the musically inclined, a piano to play your favorite tune. In addition, for those who get the munchies, there is always fresh fruit, homemade cookies and cakes, hot and cold beverages available throughout the day into the evening. All our rooms have their own private ceramic tiled bathrooms. All the rooms have AC, paddle fans, fully Air Conditions, Cable TV with HBO. The rooms are decorated with sheer white Priscilla curtains, white woven cotton bedspreads, colorful quilts and pillows. We are not antiquish or elegant, but very clean, comfortable, homey, relaxing, warm, friendly and convenient! Come relax by the ocean, enjoy our warm hospitality, and comfortable accommodations in our new deluxe suites with private beach. One and two bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living rooms with gas fireplaces: CCTV/HBO w/DVD/CD, central A/C, in-room phones/internet, daily maid service and laundry facilities. All suites have individual balconies to enjoy the ocean breezes. Three units are handicapped accessible and one unit is handicapped equipped. Our Suites are only steps away to our own private beach.

One mile to Dennis Port Village. 2 minutes to walking park. 15 to 20 minutes to ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island. We are close to whale and seal watching boats. We have wonderful golf courses. Parasailing, and Kayaking. Great bike trails. Their are Lobster cruises, and Cranberry Bog Tours. We have wonderful fine dining restaurants, as well as very good casual restaurants.

Each room has a small cable TV, Refrigerator, Hi-speed Internet, Telephones, Paddle fans, Individual control Air Conditioning & Heat. Breakfast is served on our glass/screen enclosed Verandah overlooking Nantucket Sound. We also have an open porch with white wicker furniture. An oversized livingroom with a piano, small library, large TV and working fireplace.

Outside Area:We have three buildings on our property. Our beach is 90 Feet wide and 110 feet deep. We have a The B & B is right on the beach. The 2nd building is our Office & Owner's residence. The 3rd Building is our Suites which is 50 feet to our beach. We have a little fenced in yard with bound all around with very beautiful flowering plants. The rest of the buildings have Hydranges & Walkabout Roses all around them. We have a paved parking lot that accommodates all of our guests with free parking. We have a deck on the beach, with a picnic table & chairs. We have beach chairs & umbrellas. We have a dressing/bathroom on the beach.
