Shamrock holiday villa Kissimmee - Orlando self catering home at Indian Point

Welcome to our villa! We located in Indian Point subdivision in Kissimmee Florida. Our Beautiful home has been recently remodeled and has all the amenities and comfort of your own home. The interior of our vacation home is decorated to a high standard with nice soft colouring. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private pool and a games area.

We are centrally located, seconds from Wal-Mart and Medieval Times and 10 minutes from Disney. We have the convenience of local shopping and dining, as well as fishing at Lake Tohopekaliga.

Rental notes: Holiday Rates - Christmas, New Year, Easter - 610 GBP. A cleaning fee of 55 GBP is charged for stays under 5 days. Returnable security deposit of 200 GBP. Pool heat is recommended between November to April.

The dining area is situated away from the Kitchen and it has a very nice glass table and 6 Padded chairs for that formal dining experience complete with napkins and place mats. The lounge area is a large area with a nice sectional with 4 recliners and a coffee table a large flat screen TV is here also for the concerning football/soccer fan here you can put the feet up have a beer and watch the game after a hard day at the parks or after just unwinding at the pool. The kitchen has all the amenities that anybody would need from a home from home dishwasher/cooker/microwave and a large fridge freezer there is also a little nook with table and chairs for that informal dining all cutlery and utensils are also provided for your convenience. Large king-size bed and lockers both side and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower unit. Cable TV and telephone and a large closet for storage. Queen size bedroom with en-suite and closet for storage also cable tv and telephone. 2 single beds with closet for storage and cable tv and a bedside locker. We have a set of bunks with a double on the bottom and a single on the top cable tv and a closet for storage. Bathroom 3 is situated between the twin/bunk rooms and has a shower over bath.

Outside Area:The pool area is ideal for the sun worshipper and there is also a lanai area with table and chairs to sit in out of the sun and to enjoy a cool drink and a spot of lunch there are also sun recliners for you to relax on. The pool measures approx 24x12 feet and there is also a nice light in the pool for that evening swim. A recent addition to the double garage is the provision of a Pool Table and a Table Tennis Top and a large tv to keep you updated on your weather/films/cartoons etc.
