This no smoking home features master suite with king-size bed, flat screen television, private bath and direct access to the oceanfront deck. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen-size bed and ocean view. These 2 bedrooms share a full hall bath. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. Enjoy an ocean view from either second floor bedroom. One has two twin bed and the other has three twin beds. These two bedrooms also share a full hall bath. The home has an open floor plan with sweeping ocean views from the living area, dining area and kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living are features a flat screen LCD television. Cruise to the Olympic Pool Village or Cabana Club Complex via golf cart or bicycle (use of our golf cart included in rental). The Olympic Pool Village houses a number of shops and restaurants with both elegant and casual dining. The Cabana Club Complex offers outdoor fun for the entire family. Here you will find a heated pool, hot tub, two separate children's pool areas, a sand playground, a casual restaurant, and outdoor bar all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nature lovers will not need their binoculars as the deer, birds, and other wildlife will join you on your daily strolls. Spend an afternoon fishing and crabbing from the bridge over the canal or rent watercraft in the marina.

Rental notes: Summer and Holiday Weeks are weekly rentals only. Weekly Rentals are Saturday Afternoon Check-in and Saturday Morning Check-out. Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm and Check out time is no later than 10 am. Fall, Winter and Spring Nightly rentals will be considered on a per rental basis. Please send inquiry to receive rate information. Monthly rates available upon request. Rates do not include 11% tax or $300 fully refundable security deposit.

The master suite has a king bed, private bath and direct access to the ocean front deck and private beach access. Two additional bedrooms on this level each have queen beds and wonderful ocean views. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath. The second floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and the other has 3 twin beds. These two bedrooms also share a full hall bath. Each of these bedrooms has a delightful ocean view. Rental of this home includes use of our 4 seater golf cart and 3 burner gas grill. Discounts can be arranged for rentals of additional golf carts and bicycles from local merchants.

Outside Area:A wonderful wooden deck runs the length of the ocean side of this home. This deck is accessed from either the living area or the master suite. From this deck you can reach the private beach access. Travel down the private beach access to the wonderful, clean, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean. This home has both a front and rear lawn for games and plenty of parking is available.
