The entrance area of Indian Ridge has a large park. Tennis courts, large community pool and playground are just part of the appeal. Children can enjoy one of the largest playgrounds in western Osceola County. Tenants can make use of the Community Pool if desired. Depth range from 3 to 5 ft and there are easy access steps for those with minor disabilities. There are security gates and perimeter fencing make this pool restricted to those who have access keys. A large volleyball pit backs up against a baseball diamond and football field. Here you will also find a basketball court, horseshoe pit and shuffle board. Cement jogging paths circle the entire park and there are walking paths all round Indian Ridge. Disney, Shops, bars, restaurants, take-aways, supermarkets and entertainments are 5 minutes' drive north at the '192'. A large 'Publix' supermarket with easy access and parking is nearby in the opposite direction to the south near the 'Champions Gate' golf course.

There are 3 Bedrooms - 1 Master (Queen Size) and 2 x Twins (can be converted to doubles. Sleeps 8 (6 plus 2 on a Comfy Sofa Bed). All Bedrooms have TV installed. Master Bedroom has 20" TV + a combi DVD / VHS Player. Towels and Linens including spare sets are provided for all bedrooms. There are 2 Bathrooms. Bathroom #1 is a luxury en-suite off Master Bedroom with Whirlpool bath, large separate shower, twin hand-basins and WC. Direct access via side door to pool area. The Second bathroom is located between the twin rooms - c/w Bath/shower, WC and hand-basin. The Kitchen has a Breakfast area, large electric range, microwave oven, Fridge-freezer with auto Ice-maker, Garbage disposal unit, blender, filter coffee maker, and all crockery, glasses, larder, cutlery and utensils to prepare the most ambitious meals. The Great Room is equipped with a U-shaped sectional sofa which has a built-in double-size sofa bed. There is a 42" Flat screen cable TV with DVD and surround sound system along with with multi-CD / Cassette player and Tuner. There is also a cable to connect MP3 players to play through this system. For Dining inside there is a Dining table and chairs. The Garage has been converted to a Games room with pool table, dart board, 20" TV with Atari video games and Playstation 2 console, several board games including chess, Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, and bar area. Also contained within the Games Room is a closet that contains the Washing Machine & Tumble Drier for any Laundry that needs to be done. Air Conditioning is provided in all rooms and there are also ceiling fans in every room except the Games Room. There are Wireless Telephones located in the Kitchen, Master bedroom and at the Patio Door to the Pool area.

Outside Area:Outside and to the rear of the property there is a larger than normal swimming pool with underwater lighting, Solar and optional gas heating. A recent addition has been the 5 place above ground Hot Tub. There is also a generous patio area with tables, chairs and sun-loungers, all surrounded by an insect screen canopy. Outside the canopy there is a Gas BBQ which has dedicated lighting should it be dark when you are cooking.
