San Diego oceanfront condo rental - Mission Beach condo on the Boardwalk

Our San Diego beachfront rental is located on the Pacific Ocean in Mission Beach. Our oceanfront condo, with unobstructed ocean views from all rooms except the bathroom and second bedroom, is located on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park and is only a block away from the famed Mission Bay. Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the patio/deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Our recently remodeled condo boasts a new deck and patio area, a new kitchen and an updated master bedroom. The private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs and a chest with boogie boards, toys, etc. The living room faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, flat screen television, VCR, DVD player, iPod dock and stereo. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals (except the food). The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen bed, cable and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience. Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Our calendar is updated weekly. Activities Within Walking Distance: ~Walking, running, roller-blading and/or bicycling along Mission Beach, the Boardwalk and Mission Bay. ~Water activities include swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, sailing, water-skiing, para sailing, wind surfing, body surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, jet boating, paddle boating, fishing, deep sea fishing, sun bathing and much more! There is beach volleyball (and other games), Mission Bay Park, Pacific Beach, Belmont Park (and the giant roller coaster), Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities, shopping and plenty of rental businesses. Sightseeing Activities Which Require Driving: ~Sea World is a 5 - 8 minute drive from the condo. ~The San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive. ~Tijuana, Mexico 29-35 minutes ~Seaport Village 16 - 20 minutes ~Old Town 11 - 15 minutes ~Gaslamp Quarter 15 - 17 minutes ~San Diego Wild Animal Park 40 - 45 minutes ~

Rental notes: Daily rental (3-night minimum) requires a $50 cleaning fee and a $50 refundable security deposit due at the time of the reservation. Weekly rental requires a $350 refundable security deposit due at the time of the reservation. Monthly rental requires a $500 refundable security deposit due at the time of the reservation. There are no additional charges. 30 days (September - May) or 60 days (June - August) prior to your arrival, the daily, weekly or monthly rate is due. Cancellations "may" result in the loss of the deposit. Providing that there is no damage to the condo or the contents of the condo, deposits are generally refunded within 1 week of departure. Nightly and monthly rates available upon request. We accept VISA and MasterCard. (All quoted rates reflect a cash payment. Credit card payments require a 3.5% processing fee.) Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Unobstructed ocean views from the fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, patio and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and a pack 'n play, and the sofa makes into a queen bed. Linens are provided. 2 flat screen televisions, a stereo, a DVD & VCR, books, games, cards and some toys are available for your use. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is one reserved parking space for your vehicle. Beach access.

Outside Area:The condo is one of 18 units in a family-friendly enviornment. The building faces the Boardwalk, the sand and the Pacific Ocean. Parking is directly behind our ground floor unit. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach or bay.
