Morzine ski chalet rental - summer and winter accommodation in St Jean d'Aulps

A large and very comfortable 5 bedroom chalet close to Morzine. All bedrooms have ensuite, dvd player and tv. Ample outside parking, leading to chalet entrance with cloakroom. First floor has large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with log fire and bar. Also 2 family size bedrooms, all with balcony and stunning mountain views. Second floor has further 3 bedrooms and tv/games room. The garden is open with BBQ area, trampoline, table tennis, large table for dining outside on warm summer evenings and splash pool. The village of St Jean d'Aulps boasts the beautiful infamous l'Abbaye dating back to the 11th century which is open to tour around and take in the magic atmosphere. St Jean is just under 7km from Morzine and within easy reach of all amenities. Local activities include horse riding, walking, biking, go kart, luge, Olympic swimming pool, local lakes, parapenting, white water rafting, zip wire, hot air ballooning and much more. Visit the towns of Evian, Annecy, Geneva, Yvoire.... by car or enjoy the ferry boat with views of Lake Geneva. There is so much on offer right from your doorstep!

St Jean d'Aulps is set with stunning mountain views with the historic l'Abbaye dating back to the 11 century. Local activities are right on your doorstep from walking, biking, swimming, horse riding, water rafting, hot air ballooning, zip wire, parapenting, visiting the local fromargeries, slate mines, farms....... the list is endless and all available for you to enjoy. For lazy days, relax by the splash pool in the garden or visit the local lakes for swimming, pony trekking, coffee, lunch, dinner and more.

Rental notes: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required within 7-days of booking your holiday. If we do not receive your deposit within 7-days of booking, then your booking will no longer be held for you. The final balance is required 60 days prior to your holiday (any 'last minute' holidays must be paid in full at time of booking). Cancellations once final payment has been made are non-refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause such as Europ-Assistance , which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies. Cheques should be made payable to: Joanne Seagrave. Bank transfers are available on request. The security deposit is €500 (euros) - to cover any damages. This is to be paid in advance and returned to you on your departure. The chalet can be accessed from 3pm on your arrival date and must be vacated by 10am on your departure date (where possible, times can be flexible). The chalet is cleaned before your arrival and we would appreciate it being left in the same way as you found it - or there will be a cleaning charge of 80€ (euros). ALL PAYMENTS ARE TAKEN IN EUROS AT EXCHANGE RATE ON DATE OF PAYMENT... Please note that with card payments there is a 1% charge added.

Doors to balcony. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4): 2 single beds that can be used as one double, 1 bunk bed, Bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet. Television and DVD player. Doors leading to balcony. This room can accommodate a childrens cot. Hallway with stairs to Playroom Large area (30sqm) with Television, Playstation and other games. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) Two Singles beds (or one double). Ensuite shower room with luxury shower, sink and toilet.Television and DVD. Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) Two single beds (or one double).
