To enjoy a great family vacation at this great resort with excellent facilities all you need to do is bring your suitcases to our year old two storey 4 bedroom /3.5 bathroom luxury townhouse,situated within the Regal Palms Resort , just a 10/15 minute drive from the Disney parks. This high quality fully air conditioned home offers you four good sized bedrooms , two double en suite bedrooms and two twin rooms that share a family bathroom. The lounge dining area leads onto a small covered terrace where you can enjoy alfresco meals anytime of the day . The kitchen is fully equipped including electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher. A laundry with washing machine and tumble trier is also l ocated within the property. There is parking for two cars at the front of the property.The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival and linen and towels are provided. Both master rooms have cable TV a nd a DVD/CD is also in the lounge.

Davenport is a small town located s/w of Orlando just 15 minutes away from the Disney World resorts and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World & Wet and Wild. The Gulf coast and Busch Gardens is just over one hours drive away. Davenport and Regal Palms is located no more than 5 minutes drive from numerous supermarkets , restaurants and shops all along highway 192

Rental notes: Once a decision to book is made we will send a booking form for you to complete and return with the deposit .this will secure your booking. We will then advise you of a booking reference number given to us by reservations at regal palms. (this must be quoted on your arrival at reception at the resort) The outstanding balance must then be paid to us 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
