The villa have in the 1st floor an open terrace with barbeque, two bedrooms (one with double bed and private bathroom and the other with two single beds), two rooms in the form of two floors with private bathroom (with a bed of couple and the other with two single beds), kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances - stove, oven, microwave, washing machines and dishwashers and fridge - the dining room and be with television and fireplace. Outside the villa is a magnificent swimming pool (8 mx 4 m approx. And varying the depth of 1.1 to 1.7 m) with surrounding area of sidewalk and garden and a barbeque. The villa is equipped with bed linen and towels, cleaning and replacement of laundry is done once a week.

The villa is situated in the beginning of the famous strip - The Strip - in Montechoro area, the heart of Albufeira's nightlife with several clubs, discos and bars. The 2Km Strip is just one main road of bars and clubs, it has spread to adjacent blocks. It is worth pointing out that The Strip is actually around 3Km out of Albufeira's town centre. Vila enjoys an excellent location to be inserted in a quiet area and close to restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment - 100 meters from the street of bars of Oura

Rental notes: In order to guarantee your reservation we kindly request a bank transfer of 50 % (costs supported by the client). After that we appreciate a bank transfer copy as proof, sent by e-mail or fax. The remaining value will be pay in cash on the check-in. Also during the check-in the client gives us a caution cheque of €400.00 that will be return to the client on the check-out if any damages occur in the villa during the stay.
