All apartments are located in the Ciutat Vella/Centro Historico (The Old City). As it was 2000 years ago, the Old City is still considered the heart of Valencia. Set back four kilometers from the sea, the Arab influence lingers still in the narrow, winding, Old City streets. You will never be more than a short walk away from the most fantastic Old City architecture, such as the enchanting modernistic train station and the breathtaking ceramic mosaics and iron works of the Mercado Central, both busy and bustling centers of activity. The area is tiny. One can stroll across it in less than 30 minutes but many of the main sights are in these neighborhoods; the Gothic Silk Exchange, the Cathedral, and the Central Market and other fascinating sights are tucked away in the narrow alleyways and corners of this fantastic area. It is also the home to many of the City’s best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. From this area, it’s just a short bus ride to the new city, the beach, and the countryside.

The building is perfectly located on a small plaza, very near the La Lonja, the Plaza del La Reina and the Plaza Redonda. Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and its most unique. It is located on the Mediterranean sea just south of Barcelona. It offers all the advantages of a large city, but its abundance of beachfront, neighborhood outdoor cafes and restaurants lend the feeling of a smaller town atmosphere. The City's architecture is breathtaking. Majestic historical buildings, monuments, and fountains mix with modern works such as Calatrava's City of Arts and Sciences complex. Valencia has an excellent year round climate (300+warm sunny days a year) and was chosen to host one of the world’s richest sporting events, the Americas Yachting Cup 2007.

It has a completely equipped fully modern kitchen, dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating, one large bedroom as well as a comfortable fold out sofa in the living room for two extra guests. The apartment is spacious and sleeps four people comfortably. The bathroom is state of the art and the apartment has lots of extra closet space. This apartment is best suited for two couples or four people maximum.
Outside Area:The building is perfectly located on a small plaza, very near the La Lonja, the Plaza del La Reina and the Plaza Redonda. In the neighborhood are a variety of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and clubs. All other areas of the city and its surroundings are easily accessible by bus or subway.
