Le Petit Grenier is located within our own land of some 9 acres, which has a pond and grazing land. We live in the longere farmhouse and offer the use of our swimming pool and hot tub to all guests. There is plenty of space to wander and your own small garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. Small patio area with barbecue is to one side of the property, and parking is immediately outside for ease of access. The gite is all on one floor, with no necessity to climb stairs.
It is our rural idyll and can be yours too, for that relaxing away from it all holiday. Dinners can be booked with us if required.
We have a Bed & Breakfast as well, there are two letting rooms (one twin and one double ensuite) and the rate is 60 euros per night including continental breakfast per room.

We are in the centre of the triangle of the cities of Angers, Tours and Le Mans, which are all about a 45 minute drive. We have easy access to the valleys of the Le Loir and La Loire, with many local Chateaux and vineyards.
