No ordinary rental property, this is Gill & Mike's luxury holiday home. Larger than average, sheer luxury to live & holiday in. 3,300 sq.foot of living area under twin air systems for ultimate security & luxury. Set in old orange groves, there are still 2 orange trees just outside the rear lawn, which is, in turn, just outside the bricked patio, 40 feet wide, behind the pool deck. We use it 3 months of the year, renting out the other times to defray costs. It is kept to our own meticulous standards, by us, and the on-site team. We have a full concierge service, gated security, allowing you to arrive day or night & be checked in without hassle. The 2 master suites each have twin basins, WC, oversize showers, and garden tubs with jacuzzis, and even a linen closet with all the necessary linen. 3 other bedrooms consist ot two twins, one of the twins sharing a bathroom with the 5th bedroom, making a unique family suite if there is a mix of families living in. The formal dining room seat 8, te breakfast room 6, the bar 2, and a side table 2 more. This small side table doubles as our lap-top table, and wi-fi internet is throughout the house, & on the deck. Even infants are catered for, crib, chair, stroller, stair gates etc. There is garaging for 1 car only, as we garage our SUV when we are back in the UK. Designer furniture, pool toys, fully equipped kitchen, all add to the luxury.

All the magic of Disney World theme parks are less than a ten minute drive, and yet far enough for our guests to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside as well as the magnificent views of the surrounding areas. Vistapark Resort is the premier resort-style community set in a stunning residential area overlooking Walt Disney World. The Kennedy Space Centre, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Busch Gardens, beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic coast are only a short distance away. The rear balcony affords view of Old Town, Kissimmee, Disney World, and shuttle launches, if there are any launched during your stay

Rental notes: Credit Cards cost a 4% surcharge. Balance four weeks before start of stay. A security deposit will be taken on arrival, in case of damage to property. Fees are £90 low season, £100 per night mid and £110 GBP per night high, ie August to October. Peak Season being Easter & Christmas at £120/night. All this for 10 persons and a small child. This includes all household costs, local taxes and cleaning/ laundry costs on departure. The only other charge is £16 per night for pool heating, reduced to £10 per night during May to September. Pool heat advisable, out of summer, for the use of the heated external spa. Great fun for sheer pleasure lovers. Minimum stay at Easter, Christmas & Thanksgiving is 10 nights

There is also a large lounge with flat screen wall mounted TV, and a Hi Fi. There are TVs in all bedrooms. There are CDs, films, and books for your enjoyment. A designer kitchen with all necessary appliances. With 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside, and 6 toilets for your convenience, the villa has eighteen seats for dining, 10 in the breakfast room, 8 in the formal dining room.

Outside Area:Outside, there is a full 40' lanaii, 40' screened deck, with heated pool, hot tub, fountains & waterfall. There is an electric BBQ on the deck, and a full cabana.// Outside the deck, there is a 40' open air patio for hardened sun worshippers, and beyond that, a badmington/ volley ball net facility.
