Kings Manor Farm has been operating on this site (formerly known as Freshwater Farm and listed in Doomsday Book) since 1968. It is a 1550 acre mixed beef, sheep and arable farm currently in organic conversion and has recently been identified as one of the most exciting environmental schemes on the South coast of England. The farm also holds a collection of original farm machinery, tractors, implements, a model aeroplane, Formula 1 racing car, and a unique collection of over 600 photographs describing Harry Ferguson’s life and inventions. Kings Lodge is a beautiful stone farm building, renovated to the highest standards, with plenty of living space. Flagstone and wooden floors throughout complement the building and its furnishings. Kings Manor Estate is home to the owners as well, everything is personally managed and the family are always on hand for some local advice or help.

The estate is a 5 minute drive from the pretty port of Yarmouth, where regular ferries run to and from Lymington. There are a host of attractions on the Island, all within a few minutes drive including the famous Needles, Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle as well as numerous unspoilt sandy beaches and country parks. The nearest pub and shop are a short walk into Freshwater and nearby Yarmouth has some superb restaurants. Freshwater golf club is 1 mile away with stunning views across both the Solent and English Channel. Be it walking, sailing, fishing or just chilling, nothing is far away on the Island.

Rental notes: The balance of the total rent is due 30 days before commencement of tenancy. We make a charge of 20GBP per pet per week. Short breaks or out of season bookings can start any day of the week to suit you. Short breaks 600 GBP

Ground Floor - Large farmhouse kitchen/dining room with open fireplace and fully equipped for 12 people. Spacious sitting room with well stocked library and games store. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Downstairs cloakroom/WC. There is direct access to the swimming pool changing room where there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. First Floor - Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bath and shower. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds tucked into an alcove, Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Family bathroom.
