Menorca is the 2nd largest of the Balearics and has a charm all of its own. The coastline is totally unspoilt and it is perfect for a quiet holiday getaway in natural surroundings, with quaint fishing villages, whitewashed houses and pretty towns. Fish restaurants serve a fantastic array of dishes, lobster soups and rices plates. Menorca’s Capital is Mahon, which has one of the World’s best ports. The villa is located only 10 minutes by car from the spectacular port and restaurants. Among the good looking buildings you will find distinct English Architecture, such as the Georgian Merchant house’s – these were built when the Island was occupied by the British in the 18th Century. A lovely place to walk around, the Churches of Santa Maria and San Francisco are worth a visit. The harbour has lovely café and tapas bars to sit and enjoy the scenery, people and pretty yachts. You can enjoy beaches, restaurants and lively bars here.

First floor: Impressive vestibule with spiral staircase leading to first floor. Master bedroom with spacious en-suite shower room and dressing room with a big safe. 3 Twin bedroom/large shower room with WC.1 single bedroom. Every bedroom has access to the terrace with spectacular views. Second floor: Large kitchen with all the equipments included. The kitchen has access to terrace and to the swimming pool. Near the kitchen there is a bedroom for one person. Spacious dining room. WC for guests. Third floor: A large area with one twin bedroom with a spacious room with WC.
