Nestling among apple orchards and beautiful wooded countryside, Le Haut Courtigne is situated 3km from the village of Parcay les Pins which is mid-way between the historic cities of Tours and Angers, and within 20km of the beautiful town of Saumur.

Le Haut Courtigne is situated only 3 Km from the village of Parcay les Pins where you will find after either a very short drive, slightly longer cycle ride or a gentle 30 min walk an excellent Boulangerie and General Store and Brasserie. Parcay les Pins is the birth place of sculptor Jules Debois, a friend of Rodin and now boasts a excellent museum which has a variety of visiting art exhibitions through out the year. Le Haut Courtigne is ideally situated for those who want to totally relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. For those who want to get out and about it is ideal for cycling, walking, fishing or even golf there being three of the best golf courses only 35 minutes away. The town of Saumur with its golden tuffeau buildings over looks one of the most magnificent parts of the Loire River.

La Noix has two bedrooms on the first floor, one double bedded and one twin-bedded with a shared bathroom and shower. The ground floor is open plan with a large lounge dining area at the end of which is the stone fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all the equipment you would expect to find in a normal working kitchen. In addition to the very comfortable chairs and settee there is also a twin bed settee.

Outside Area:Property has outside tables and chairs and their own barbecue. Large decked area containing a seven person hot tub.
