The large living room has a corner fireplace and patio doors in the lounge area open directly on to the shared swimming pool. The lounge area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable seating for 4. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 and a terrace. The separate kitchen with a terrace is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The situation of the apartment allows easy access to all amenities on the resort, being located next to the championship tennis courts and resort shop and 10 minutes by foot from the Clubhouse and driving range and 15 minutes from the beach and the hotel. There is parking adjacent to the apartment and all resort amenities are easily reached by car within a few minutes. Praia D'El Rey is a 600 acre resort located on Portugal's Silver Coast and within an hour’s drive from Lisbon International Airport. The resort has been developed around an 18 Hole, Par 72 Championship Links Course. In addition to the first class golf facilities, the resort has a 7 court tennis centre, children’s playground, unspoilt sandy beaches and an adventure club for children.

Within easy reach of the Praia D`El Rey resort is the medieval town of Obidos, a jewel of Portuguese National Heritage. Encircled by a ring of medieval walls and crowned by the Moorish castle the narrow cobbled streets are lined with whitewashed houses; shops are piled high with local handicrafts. Obidos also boasts the most spectacular natural lagoon, the ideal spot for sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing by its tranquil waters – perfect for small children. As well as being a fishing town with an abundance of excellent seafood restaurants on its promenade, Peniche is one of the most famous surfing resorts in Portugal. You can always find great surfing suitable for beginners to experts. Nearby is Baleal surfing beach. Just off the coast from PDR, easily reached by boat from Peniche, the spectacular Berlenga Islands are the perfect spot for diving or deep-sea fishing.

Rental notes: Refundable breakage deposit of £100 - payable with the balance. Payment can be made by Sterling Cheque, Euro Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal. Preferred arrival and departures are on Saturdays however, we will endeavour to fit in with your preferred dates, especially for out of season holidays. If the deposit is not received within 14 days after the date of the booking, the property will be re-advertised as being available for the dates for which the booking was originally made. If the booking is cancelled 6 weeks or more before the stay, payments will be refunded in full. If the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the stay no refund will be made unless the apartment can be re-let for the booked period - in which case a refund will be made. Rental rates include: Gas, Electricity, linen, towels (internal use only), once weekly maid service. As Gas is expensive in Portugal, low season occupancy will incur an additional charge based on actual gas used during the stay. On weekly lets, towels are changed in the middle of the stay. Further maid service can be arranged at additional cost.
