Located on the lush tropical south shore, Garza Splendor can be configured as 1, 2 or 3 B/R. Just minutes from the charming and historic old town of Vallarta with stunning views in every direction. With unseasonably dry weather this summer, construction progress has been going very well. Building number 2 (our building) is structurally complete and work is now being done on interior finishes. Building number 3 will be structurally complete by December 2009 and ready for occupancy April, 2010. All of the heavy construction will be complete in December and we don't expect that the remaining activities in Building 3 will interfere whatsoever with the enjoyment of our Villa which is located on the North side of Building 2, furthest from Building 3. As we are confident that our Villa will be ready in December 2009, we are taking reservations now starting February 1, 2010.

We are unit 2503, located in Building 2 on the 5th foor (exact location). We are offering our Villa configured as follows: 3 BR 4 BA Luxury Suite - This is the entire unit with 3 BR and 4 BA and sleeps 8, 2 BR 3 BA Luxury Suite - This includes a master suite with King and an oceanfront bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 BR 1 BA Luxury Suite - Sleeps 2 - This is a master suite with King, private balcony with private Jazucci on the balcony. With three oceanfront bedrooms and expansive wrap around terraces, the views from our 5th floor villa are simply incredible! From the marble floors, granite countertops, flat screen TV's and tastesfully decorated furnishings, every detail has been been designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
