The Santorini / Pharos area Akrotiri, Pharos, Perissa, Vlychada,Perivolos, Red Beach all within 10 mins drive whilst Kamari beach is 15 mins drive.The towns Fira, Merovigli and Oia are within 15-20 mins drive. Captain Dimitris taverna next to the property makes easy any food arrangements whilst there are plenty of panoramic view restaurants in close proximity. There is much historical interest in the island and Akrotiri was the centre of the Theran Civilisation dating back 4,000 BC. The Volcanic explotion in 1600 BC signalled the end of Minoian civilisation In Crete.
