Rental notes: La Roseraie is a bed and breakfast there are no rentle instructions

La Roseraie is a large, spacious 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse with beautiful exposed beams,large fireplaces and with stone and wood floors. The huse was recently renovated throughout to a very high standard. The spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms and larges lunges provide space and tranquility for all. Large sofas in the salon and on the mezzanine floor provide comfortable places to relax or play. Abillard table is available as are other children's games.

Outside Area:A very large covered patio with an amazing old built-in bread oven provides an 'al fresco' dining area for hot summer evenings. Garden furniture is provided for relaxation in the sun or under the trees. A 10m x 5m swimming pool provides endless hous of summer pleasure. Roman steps for children to safely access the pool. Safety rules must be observed at all times. The house is set in 1 hectare of mature gardens with a variety of trees, an orchard, rose and herb gardens and flowers in abundance. Lawn areas provide delight areas of relaxation. Three old barns add to the character of the grounds. Fences, hedges and strees secure the boundaries with views of open farmlands and the quiet hamlet of Chez Sicault. One of the barnes and its adjoining field is home to our pet sheep that enjoy being fed by children and adults alike.
