Our villa is situated in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve on US27. It is only 15 minutes from Disney's main entrance and only 5 minutes from the US192 with its' many restaurants and shops. There are also bars and restuarants within a 5-10 minute walk of our villa. Highland Reserve has set the standard for future developments in the area. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and comprises, large great room (living room) with sofa bed, 2 master bedrooms with en suite, 2 twin bedrooms sharing bathroom and south east facing private screened swimming pool (which keeps the bugs out but lets the sun in). Our villa is ideal for 2 families sharing. Our south east facing swimming pool and pool deck are a great place to relax. Sun loungers, table and chairs have been provided for your comfort. Sit back, soak up the sun, read a book or have fun in the pool, the choice is yours. This is the place to wind down and recharge your batteries after long days at the theme parks. For those who would rather have shade there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan. Consider taking advantage of our pool heater from October to April as the water can get a little cool during these months. We have a games room to keep you amused when you decide to spend some time at the villa and it consists of Pool Table, Air Hockey, 2 Player Basket Ball Game and Darts Board. Highlands Reserve Golf Community is in Davenport Florida. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from Disney World's Car Parks and 30 minutes drive from Sea World, Universal Studios and International Drive. Within 5 - 10 minutes walk is Berry Town where you will find a Publix Supermarket, Bars and Restaurants. As well as the Highlands Reserve Golf Course which is 2 minutes drive you will find many other excellent courses within a 20 minute drive.

Relax indoors in the great room (living room). Our entertainment centre features a 42" Flat Screen TV with multi channel cable TV, a DVD player and a portable radio/CD or IPod docking station. The sofa is also a double bed which can be erected and stowed in no time. Sliding patio doors lead directly to the pool area. Our well equipped kitchen includes a full size oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and constant filtered ice cold water. Cutlery, crockery and glassware (and plastic-ware for the patio) are provided for 10 people. The kitchen is also equipped with a kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The dining nook has a table and chairs for 4 people, this is used as an every day dining area. A utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The formal dining room seats 6. Master bedroom1 has a beautiful queen size bed, a large walk in wardrobe and a very spacious en suite bathroom with twin basins and a walk in shower. A radio alarm, telephone and cable TV are also provided. Master bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a large wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower making the villa perfect for 2 families sharing. There is also a TV in this room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin bedrooms with wardrobe. These bedrooms share the Jack & Jill bathroom. There is a TV in each of these rooms. Our Games Room consists of Pool Table, Air Hockey, 2 Player Basket Ball Game and Darts Board.

Outside Area:Our Private South East Facing Swimming Pool and Deck Area are the perfect place to relax.
