Located on the peaceful and exclusive Seasons community in Kissimmee, Las Palmas is the ideal place to relax after a busy day at one of the nearby attractions or for spending a day "at home". Our elegant and spacious 7 bedroom/4.5 bath vacation home has been furnished to a high standard and is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests. Las Palmas Villa has all you could want - and more! We consider Las Palmas Villa our home from home and have tried to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. As well as our extended south-facing pool and spa and superbly-equipped Games Room we have provided some family board games, Wii and Xbox games consoles as well as 3 DVD players - so hopefully any free-time family arguments can be avoided! Our younger guests are well-catered for as there is a children’s play area just a short walk from the house and parents can rest easy as a pool safety fence is provided and all doors leading to the deck area are fitted with locks and switchable alarms. The path around Seasons Lake is worth a stroll anytime of the day. Airboats, horse riding, crazy golf, shops, restaurants and dinner shows are all within a short drive while the "192" and a huge 24 hour Wal-Mart are just 2 minutes from our home. We are conveniently located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

We consider Las Palmas Villa our home from home and have tried to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Rental notes: All prices shown exclude 13% sales tax. A Property Protection Fee of 49 USD is added to all bookings. Pool heat is recommended 31 October - 31 March and is charged at an additional 35 USD per night. If your stay is for less than 7 nights an additional 130 USD surcharge is made for cleaning. Payment can be made by either personal cheque, wire transfer or Paypal. If Paypal is used as the method of payment, 4% will be added to cover their charges.

Our separate lounge area provides extra space and a tranquil haven - perfect for reading, playing board games or a quiet chat. Situated at one end of the lounge area and adjacent to the kitchen, our Dining Room is perfect for those more formal family meals and dining occasions. Our spacious Family Room has sumptuous sofas and a 55" flat-screen cable TV. Overlooked by a galleried landing, this Family Room is cool, comfortable and restful. Our spacious kitchen is fully-equipped to meet all your culinary requirements. Las Palmas Villa has 2 Master Bedroom Suites, an additional Master Bedroom with queen size bed and 4 Twin-bedded Rooms all with cable TV. Gather for some fun in the Games Room with its fabulous pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts and foosball table.

Outside Area:Enjoy the sparkling crystal clear waters of our 14 x 30 ft pool and raised spa pool or relax by the poolside on our extended 16 x 40 ft pool deck and soak up the sunshine while you soothe your cares away. During the cooler winter months, pool heating can be provided. Our pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for added protection for young children should you need it, and all doors leading to the deck area are fitted with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
