You look over the square of the San Lorenzo Central Market, right in the centre of Florence. The panorama is enchanting, with a splendid view over the large square of the remarkable nineteenth century building of the Mercato Centrale, one of three covered food markets built when Florence was the capital of Italy post-unification in 1860, a rarity for Florentine Renaissance standards. It is within 2 minutes walking distance from the Medici Chapels and S.Lorenzo, 5 minutes from the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery of San Giovanni and the trai station and within 10 minutes from the Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.

Rental notes: CLEANING FEE: 45 EURO To make a reservation it is necessary to send a deposit by bank transfer. Once your deposit has been received you will be sent confirmation and the dates coloured red on the calendar. You will be given a receipt for the total amount you have paid when you arrive, when you will also be required to put down a deposit of 200 Euro in cash to cover breakages or damage during your stay. Assuming there are no problems, this will be refunded in full prior to departure. Monthly rents are also available with reductions according to season availabilities. Access available between 3.00 and 7.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Although for short periods the apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people, for a longer stay it is more suited to being used by a couple or by a single person.
