El Molino de la Nina Micaela is a three storied house completely remodelled from the inside by its owner, a multifaceted Andalusian artist. It is divided into three modern and comfortable apartments. Each apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a living area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (modern vitroceramic kitchen, oven, fridge, washing machine, etc). Each flat includes as well two flat TVs, CD/Radio player and air-conditioning. They share a 60 m2 roof terrace with a table that sits 10 people. The area is very central by quiet, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other services at walking distances.

El Molino de la Niña Micaela is located in the center of the villa. It is the stating point for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding. It is just 15 minutes drive from Granada, where you can visit the most celebrated Alhambra, the lively Albaicín in the old Muslim district and take a relaxing bath in one of the modern Moorish baths that reproduce the Moorish architectural splendor. 35 minutes drive takes you to the Ski Station of Sierra Nevada, the best in Spain. The spectacular natural park is also ideal for high mountain summer holidays.

Rental notes: The rent should be paid at least one week in advance to the owner by bank transfer. If you want to reserve for more a week or more, then you should pay a 20% of the rent with two weeks in advance, the rest, one week before entrance. The price is 90 euros per day per apartment all the year long.

The area of each apartment is distributed in two bright and open-plan spaces. There is a living room with a sofa bed, an arm-chair, coffee table and a piece of furniture with a flat TV and sound system. The table sits 5. Integrated kitchen with all necessary appliances. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, two night tables, a chair and a shelf with a flat TV.

Outside Area:In front of the house there is a small square with a couple of public banks and a place for parking 4 or 5 cars. To the right there is an old fountain with drinkable water that runs from the river and a small grocery store. The street is quiet, with practical no traffic.
