Lucca holiday apartments in Italy - Tuscany family self catering apartments

Our holiday homes are situated in a nature reserve on private land exstending over five acres, about 6 km to the medieval centre of Lucca and 19 Km to the sea(Viareggio) and at only 22km from Pisa. All the apartments are on ground level and have a small garden equipped with sunshade, deckchairs and barbecue.

Views:Views are the wonderfull fields and the pine wood around the home.

Our holiday homes are situated in a nature reserve on private land exstending over five acres, about 6 km to the medieval centre of Lucca and 19 Km to the sea(Viareggio). LUCCA'S HISTORY: Lucca is an ancient town, born like a Roman encampment in 180 a.C. Lucca is famous for its many church(the town is called " the town of 100 churches") and for the Wall that surrounded completely for 4 km the entire historical centre. The Wall that you can see today was erect in XV-XVII centuries when Lucca was a little Republic in the central Italy. Lucca was surrounded in past from others 2 Walls. One of this was erect about in 1200 when the town was governed from Longobards.Today remain only 2 gates of this Wall. The other Wall was built with the town in Roman age. LUCCA'S EVENTS: Today Lucca is famous also for the event of " Lucca comics and Games", the most important Italy's fair of comics and games. Other important event in Lucca is the "Summer Festival", a music Festival that every year, in the month of July, host many international singers(in several days). This year there will be: James Blunt, Zucchero, Jamiroquai, Elton John, Amy Winehouse, Ben Harper and many others. VIAREGGIO AND VERSILIA: This area is famous for the night life(there are a lot of club along the beach) and for the Carnival, that take place in Viareggio every year on february.

The living area of about 40 sq.m. consist of living/dining area with kitchen corner, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom there is the double bed, and in the other there are 2 single beds. The apartments are also equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone (for outgoing call only) and wallsafe.

Outside Area:All the apartments are on ground level and have a small garden equipped with sunshade, deckchairs and barbecue.Every house have its parking space. Moreover We've got a shared swimmingpool. It's deep only 1.20 meters, so It's perfect also for the children, for learn to swim. Moreover, in our big lawn there are a slide, a swing and a ping pong table. We've a small game room for little children too. Our structure is surroinding by a pine wood and We're in a protect area. Finally from our houses there is a wonderfull view of the field.
