The 2005 built 2 storey property is situated within a private gated community. The Hamlet At Westhaven, has a 24hr guarded entrance gate with access limited to guests and owners, offering the communal tennis courts, gym, volleyball, large swimming pool and children's play area, a secure reassuring environment for your stay.

Our home is set on the prestigious new development of The Hamlet at Westhaven, you are close enough to reach comforts such as McDonalds, Publix supermarket, restaurants yet the only sounds you will hear while sipping your evening cocktails are the crickets and the water burbling from the jacuzzi into the swimming pool. The Hamlet at Westhaven is a conservation, gated community giving you all of the relaxation and security you could need. Head to fun- filled central Florida for unbeatable family entertainment at Walt Disney World, Universal Studio's Sea World, swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove, Bush Gardens Adventure, to name just a few. Or enjoy great food, live music and dancing at lively International Drive. You can shop till you drop at one of the many shopping malls for those designer labels, photography equipment or the latest laptop.

Rental notes: We do not charge extra per guest. This rate covers up to 12 guests and includes cleaning at the end of your stay. In addition to the above rates we seek £100 breakages deposit before you travel, this to be returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday subject to nothing having been broken. The balance must be paid no less than eight weeks before you travel, this to include the breakages deposit. Pool heat (optional) is 90GBP per week.

The master bedroom is en-suite and has a large balcony with stunning views and 2 other very comfortable twin bedded rooms. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room and 2 communal bathrooms. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area, and a breakfast bay with seating for 4.

Outside Area:Private swimming pool/spa-jacuzzi, pool side furniture and removable child safety netting for the pool deck with pool lighting for evening use.
