Within walking distance of a licensed steak house restaurant, Pannera Bread, Denny's, Ice Cream Cone, 24 hour Wal*Mart, Chinese takeout, Dollar Tree, Liquor store. Domino Pizza delivery and Bank with ATM; approximately a mile from the villa there is a new shopping complex called Crosslands which is nearing completion and now partially open; a mile beyond that you will find The Loop Mall where there are an assortment of exceptionally good quality restaurants, a cinema and numerous stores (Bed, Bath & Beyond, JC Penney, Michael's, Ross, Pier Import + many more), plus a Publix supermarket. TGI Friday and Cracker Barrel, along with Target Plus are all just 5 minutes away. Florida Mall is 20 minutes drive. The ground floor MASTER BEDROOM is complimented with en-suite facilities comprising a vanity washroom, wc, a large walk-in shower, straighteners and hairdryer. Furnished with a comfy 5' bed, 40" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser, bedside cabinets and phone. Sliding glass doors to the pool, deck and conservation area beyond. The QUEEN BEDROOM located on the first floor along with the two twin bedrooms; these bedrooms share a full bathroom with full size bath, over-bath shower, wash vanity, wc and hairdryer. There is plenty of wardrobe space the queen bedroom having double interconnecting closets with shelving and drawer space. Decorated to please tots to teens the TWIN BEDROOMS each have double size closets and storage chests, flat screen TVs, cable TV and PlayStations. We also offer a FOLDAWAY BED and BABY EQUIPMENT PACKAGE incl Crib & Pack'N'Play. The LIVING AND DINING ROOM a very spacious and airy open plan room, with a 17'4" vaulted ceiling fitted with a ceiling fan. Beautifully furnished lounge has sumptuous sofas, elegant glass tables, 50" cable TV, DVD player & DVDs, and radio/CD system for our guests to enjoy. The FAMILY ROOM is at the front of the villa and is again furnished with sofas, tables, 42" cable TV and Nintendo Wii. Very conveniently this room adjoins the bright eat-in kitchen and looks onto the open area to the side and the front garden. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ice-making fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, teapot, George Foreman grill, waffle maker and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings. Outside Area:The fully enclosed private screened and heatable 30' SOUTH-FACING POOL backs onto a conservation area, which provides privacy. The pool ranges from 3' to 5' deep and is enhanced with underwater lighting and tropical planters. The screened sunbathing area is furnished to a high standard; comprising very comfortable sun loungers, padded chairs, side tables and patio table - all in typical Floridian colours. In addition to an oversized deck there is also plenty of room to sunbathe, or for the children to play, outside the screened area in the garden, which is laid to lawn. The villa has a covered lanai area, charcoal BBQ, pool light and outside lighting for evening use.
