Our luxurious waterfront house is located only 5 miles south of Long Beach Island and 12 miles north of Atlantic City - away from the tourists but has all the best the Shore region has to offer. This house has been previously used and is now set up as a luxury vacation rental house and sleeps 16 people in its current configuration and has off street parking for up to 6 cars. The home has both a central station alarm system and is fully covered by a home warranty. The house is currently available for furnished short term rental, furnished or unfurnished long term rental, and/or furnished or unfurnished Rent to Own. Located just 3 minutes from World Famour Graveling Point, which is some of the best Fishing Cast Coast. There are abundant local attractions and it is also close to many casinos, restaurants, piers, and beaches. Crabbing and Boating on site, Paddle Boat, Row Boat and Canoe available.

Just remodeled waterfront 4 Bedroom (plus sleeper sofas), 1 full bath (with 4 additional showers) house. There is a huge modern kitchen with all large and small appliances included. There is a big screen HDTV in the living room and regular tv's in all the bedrooms. There is a very large indoor super spa right off the master bedroom, there is also a fireplace and a 7' x 19' - 4 headed shower made of imported Travertine marble in the spa room. Pocono Mountains West, is our just remodeled peaceful luxury mountain house on a very large lot, with 4 bedrooms, a den with a fireplace and sleeper sofa, and a large family room with a sleeper sofa, for an overall sleeping capacity of up to 20. This property also features a huge enclosed deck where you can watch the wildlife and enjoy listening to the sounds of nature while enjoying a country BBQ. This house includes air conditioning, ceiling paddle fans throughout, cable TV, free local phone, and most pets are permitted. You can also enjoy spending the cool mountain nights cuddled up with the ones you love listening to the crackling sounds from the properties wood burning fireplace. We offer abundant off street parking and this house is fully furnished, to sleep up to 20+ persons. Our bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, 5 full beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and 1 full sleeper sofa. The huge grass recreation area at this property features a beautiful faux stone fire pit surrounded by logs where you can have traditional and relaxing group campfires, a competition grade horseshoe pit and Barbecue area.

Outside Area:The outside of this just fully remodeled waterfront house has a fully fenced yard, BBQ, picnic table, diving board, sliding board, swimming ladder, and 6 boat slips in the back yard and there is a very nice beach at the end of the street. The landscaping of the grounds are comprised of white stone, roses, bedding plants and numerous fruit trees. The bulkhead is approximately 5 weeks old and carries a 50 year warranty and has a huge "E" shaped floating dock attached and accessible by a handicapped capable ramp.
