Location of this Italian Alps ski chalet home.
The Spluga valley is right on the border between Lombardy and Switzerland. The snow is always abundant and the slopes are never very crowded. Ski from 1600 to 3000 meter altitude and for the very expert skier, the chance to test your skills on the "CANALONE" one of europe's toughest slopes witha 1200m vertical drop.
The apartment is in the village of MOTTA just 1.5km above MADESIMO in a trafic limited area (cars may not circulate between 9am and 7pm) - A shuttle bus joins Motta to Madesimo.
You don't really need a car once in Motta so why not consider the opportunity of taxi pick-up??
