Situated within easy reach of all the tourist hotspots by either car or train, Novate Mezzola provides you with an ideal base for your holiday. And if you don't fancy doing anything too energetic, don't worry, the apartment and surrounding area is completely geared up for offering you with a relaxing break. The choice is yours!

Apartment Rosa is located in a small private dwelling in the village of Novate Mezzola, which is just a few minutes walk from Lago di Mezzola. The village is far from commercialised but has all the amenities in walking distance that you would expect. Eating out in the village is extremely reasonable. A family of 4 can eat out for about 25 euros, and thats including wine and soft drinks. The region stretches from the border of Switzerland and the Stelvio National Park, down through the stunning lakes of Lago di Como, Lago Iseo, Lago Maggiore and Lago di Garda. Well known as the wealthiest of Italian regions and the centre of Italian fashion, commerce and industry. The capital of the region is Milan where the Gothic Duomo, the Castello Sforzesco and the Teatro alla Scala can be found. The city's galleries are home to the "not to be missed" masterpieces, including paintings by Raffaello, Piero della Francesca and Mantegna. Probably the most famous of all is the Last Supper.

Rental notes: We have held our prices for the past two years to ensure we continue to offer an affordable holiday for couples and families. Terms & Conditions of the deposit and balance payment: A 10% discount is given for bookings of 2 weeks (14 nights), this discount is excluded from the late deal prices. 20% discount will be offered for any booking of 4+ weeks. A £200 refundable deposit is also required at the time of booking, which is returned providing the apartment is left clean and tidy and there is no damage or breakages.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two are in the main apartment and the third is accessible by its own private access which is perfect for guests travelling in a group or with older children who want their own space. The third bedroom also has an ensuite shower room. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped to ensure that if you choose to dine at home you have all the facilities and utensils that you need - from lasagne dishes to pots and pans, glassware to knives and forks. We have even provided non breakable plates and cups for children. You will also find a BBQ which we have provided to maximise the opportunity of al-fresco dining!

Outside Area:A choice of two patios both ideally positioned so you can have breakfast on one in the morning as the sun rises, and enjoy your evening meal alfresco later on.
