Ample space is provided for relaxing, sunbathing and for al-fresco dining in the front and rear garden areas a stone built barbeque is available. The communal pool is just yards from the villa and is large enough for the serious swimmer and has a shallow area for the children. Satellite TV has in excess of 30 channels including BBC, Sky News, Sports etc. All bedrooms and living areas in our villa have air-conditioning. Inflatables are available with pump for the adults and children alike, together with two boogie boards. Further afield the local area has an abundance of activities for all the family.

This villa is in an ideal location, as it is just 2 kms to the beaches at El Campello and San Juan. Being El Dorado Country Club it sits adjacent to Bonalba Golf & Spa Resort. The beaches, port and promenade are characteristic for Alicante. The fine sands of San Juan beach in the north stretches 3 km to Cape Huertas which separates it from the popular Albufereta beach. In the south of the port lies Saladar beach. The port is the busiest leisure area in Alicante with restaurants, pubs and discos, a yacht club and marina with possibilities for learning to sail. With hundreds of miles of beaches, turquoise waters and welcoming communities, this beautiful Spanish paradise is known primarily as a tourist destination.

Rental notes: Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. The cost of the rental is required, in full, at least two calender months prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made within two months of the arrival date then the full amount plus the deposit will be required within seven days of booking.
