Our Vacation Accommodations are private, private entrances, balconies, modern, completely furnished and include ample cooking appliances and utensils, private baths with tub and shower, lots of towels and linens,cable TV, BBQ, free on site parking, overhead fans, some are air conditioned, free wireless inter net access. Some have unobstructed ocean views and are located right on beautiful Kailua Beach. Others only steps away from Kailua/Lanikai Beaches. All are sorrounded by tropical yards. Kailua is a small town located on the beautiful North East shore of Oahu, only 30 minutes by car from the airport, Honolulu and Waikiki. Kailua has a variety of restaurants & shopping and is loved for it's many beaches and accessible offshore islands. The 4 mile stretch of sparkling Kailua Beach and adjoining Lanikai Beach have been rated "tops" among the World's best beaches. Swimming, surfing, snorkeling,fishing, wind surfing, kayaking, hiking, golf, tennis, shopping, theaters and restaurants are among the year round activities to be enjoyed in Kailua. All prices quoted are net. A 4.75% State and a 8% room tax will be added. To reserve one of our units we require a deposit of $200.0, with full payment due on arrival in check, cash or credit card. For payment of balance with a credit card, Master or Visa only, a additional charge of 3% does apply. We require a 7 night minimum booking. Some exceptions apply. $20.00 per additional person per night. Discounts on bookings over 30 nights.

We do have modern shopping facilities and Restaurants in Kailua.

Rental notes: All prices quoted are net. A 4.75% State and a 8% room tax will be added. To reserve one of our units we require a deposit of $200.0, with full payment due on arrival in check, cash or credit card. Some exceptions apply. $20.00 per additional person per night. Discounts on bookings over 30 nights. We do not charge a cleaning fee, (except for unit "A", the Mokulua studio, for which we do charge a $45.00 cleaning fee)....... but if the units are returned in unreasonably dirty conditions or damage is done to them, we reserve the right to deduct from your credit card account the amount of $45.00 to cover the cleaning and damage Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation. If canceled within the week of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged the entire amount due.

Outside Area:Tropical yards, balconies, patios, BBQ area, some units are located right on miles and miles of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, surfing, walking or just soaking in the wam sunshine and the sound of the ever repeating waves breaking on the shore. Others are located amidst tropical yareds and just steps away from the beach.
