Romantic Santorini holiday apartment rental - Kamari home in Greek Islands

The Boathouse Studios are 6 brand new Studios located just 30 meters off the beach of Kamari. The center of Kamari is a 5 minute walk as is the bus stop for buses to the main town of Fira (a 15 minute bus ride). Each Studios has a kitchenette, pool view balcony, marble bathroom and can sleep up to 4 guests. There is a private pool for use by these 6 Studios only and there are 2 shops nearby for supplies. A caretaker is onsite from 9am - 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm daily although there is no reception area, breakfast or bar. The Studios are cleaned every second day and bed and bath linens are changed every 4 days.

Kamari is a beach town located on the eastern side of the volcanic island of Santorini. Kamari has many restaurants, shops and hotels lining the black volcanic beach. The Boathouse Studios are located at the north end of Kamari Beach at the quieter end of the promenade, just around the corner from The Boathouse Waterfront Hotel and just 30 meters off the beach.

Rental notes: We can arrange airport transfer to bring guests to The Boathouse Studios provided we have flight number and arrival time no later than 1 week before arrival date. At this time our caretaker will meet you with the key and give you instructions on the use of The Boathouse Studios. The Balance owed is due upon check in by cash or Visa or Mastercard. The Boathouse Studio rates are based upon double occupancy and each additional child or adult is 5 Euros per night each.

Each Studio is one room with kitchenette and eating area. 1 Queen Bed and 1 or 2 Single Beds. Marble Bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Warm designer colors with iron furniture and cotton bed linens.

Outside Area:All Studios look over the pool and courtyard area. The Studios are gated from the road.
