Our villa is just what you need for a stress free holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms accommodating six people comfortably, 2 bathrooms and a private pool. It is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. It is a pet and smoke free villa, but if you wish you can smoke in the Florida Room where we have wall fitted fans. We are very child friendly and have a cot and high chair if needed, please just let us know if you require either.

Situated just 45 minutes North of Tampa and only 10 minutes from the fabulous Gulf beaches of Florida. The villa is located on the Gulf Coast, just off the US19. 1 mile north of Weeki Wachee Water Park located at the back of ‘The Heathers’ Golf Course. The villa is in a quiet residential area with lots of wildlife to see.

Rental notes: From £330 per week. Full payment to be received 8 weeks before departure. If you require the pool heated it is an extra 25 GBP/week.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a Flat Screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom which is only slightly smaller than the second has twin beds-both rooms have ample storage space. These two rooms share a bathroom which has both a bath and shower. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water. A coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and cooking utensils are all provided. There is a kitchen seating area for 4 people. There is a spacious living area where you can relax. For your entertainment there is a TV with cable, a video player, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s and videos for all ages to watch. There is an additional dining area apart from the kitchen area with dining table and 6 chairs. We have a telephone which receives calls- all local calls are free. If you wish to make long distance calls (USA or UK) they can be made using a phone card purchased from Walmart. And full Internet access is also available.

Outside Area:We have a generously sized fully screened Florida room at the rear of the villa with a large 30’ x 15’ heated pool and decking area with cushioned pool side loungers. Pool and beach towels are provided. For your safety and peace of mind there are unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area.
