This is a row house situated near the sea and the swimming pool is just around the corner. It is in a community with many houses. It is a very big swimming pool in the middle of the complex. It is only 2 minutes walking to the very famous and splendid La Mata beach.
Our house: We have installed fresh drinking water in the kitchen. The house is full equipped for 6 persons. The bus station is just outside our house, 1 minute walk.

We have the living room, the kitchen, 1 bath and 1 terrace outside on the ground level.
Then 2 bedrooms one step up + another big bathroom and a balcony.
One of the bedroom is a double bed and the other is 2 single beds. They can be put together if wanted. One of the bedrooms have a very nice balcony outside, so there you can enjoy the morning sun and the morning breakfast. If you need one extra bed, we have an extra bed to put in the biggest sleeping room, or in the living room if that is preferred. It is air - condition in the bedrooms. In both bedrooms it is very good wardrobes. One of the bedroom has a safe in one of the wardrobe.
Outside Area:We have 2 big terraces on the top floor, with grill and fore place. We have one balcony outside one of the sleeping rooms. We have one nice terrace for 6 persons on the ground level.
