With its colour washed buildings and numerous cafes and bars dotted round its pretty harbour it oozes Mediterranean chic and is fast becoming a must-see city destination in its own right. Villa Cissa is a house originally built in 17th century and is centrally located along one of Rovinj's beautiful medieval streets. It has recently undergone extensive renovation and is now offered as three lovingly decorated, very high quality apartments, officially categorized as objects of a 4-star category. The house can be rented either entirely as a villa (for up to 14 people) or per apartment. We have two stylish studios, each ideal for a couple (with one/two children) and one beautiful 2 bedroom apartment to suit couples or a family (up to 6 persons). Each apartment spreads on an entire house floor and grand 2 bedroom apartment occupies two house floors. Apartments provide an ideal base to enjoy the city, or you can take short walk or a boat trip to one of the numerous nearby beaches. The villa also acts as a good base to explore the Istrian countryside and medieval hill top towns outside Rovinj. A charming art gallery at house’s street side is part of this cosy villa. Villa Cissa is open all year round.

In the vicinity of Villa Cissa there are numerous places for outing and to sit in, such as lovely cafes, pastries, bars and restaurants dotted in narrow streets and round pretty harbour of Rovinj, while the nearest beach or park are less than two minutes walking distance from the house. One can also take a short boat trip to numerous nearby beaches or beautiful small islands overlooking Rovinj peninsula. It is possible to find everything you want to spend a nice summer vacation, not only in a stylish apartment in Villa Cissa, as an ideal base to enjoy the city, but in the nearest surrounding of the house and the Old Town itself, from local pubs and art galleries to historic sights. It also acts as a good base to explore the Istrian countryside and mysterious but charming medieval hill top towns outside Rovinj, eg Motovun and Grožnjan. If that all sounds a bit too hectic then you can always sit in a nearby bar or cafe and watch the world go by!

Apartment "Figarola" is in high season at € 198 on a 4 persons basis per day plus tax and service. Each apartment can accommodate + 2 extra persons. The villa is consisted of apartments only, altogether only three, all recently completely renovated to comply with high standards for its guests and is therefore adequately categorized with prestigious **** (4-stars). The house can be rented either entirely as a villa (for up to 14 people) or per apartment. All apartments are named by small islands in archipelago of Rovinj (Sturago, Pirusi and Figarola). Each apartment occupies one entire floor of this romantic house and is highly equipped and decorated with style. They are consisted of a spacious room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a tub and can accommodate up to four people. One apartment, the biggest one, occupies as much as two entire upper house floors and can accommodate up to six people. Furnished and decorated with a style, from Mediterranean, colonial and art deco to trendy Bali style, with an authentic olive-tree on a third house story (!), numerous original art works, replicas and reproductions, from Old-Hellenic and Roman, of the renaissance to contemporary Croatian painters, as well as high technical equipment of all apartments - it makes it all one very special and attractive offer in the city of Rovinj, especially in its Old Town.
