Located at the end of Elk Ave in the heart of Crested Butte, this house is a minute's walk to shopping, dining and the free shuttle bus that runs around town and up to Crested Butte Mountain. Once you have parked your car in the driveway it can stay parked throughout your vacation.

Rental notes: Rates are for up to 4 people. $25/each additional person. Does not include tax. At the time of confirmation, 1/2 of total cost is due. Final 1/2 due 2 weeks prior to stay. If payment is by check, please allow an additional 2 weeks to clear. A $100 cleaning fee per stay is required. A $1000 refundable damage deposit may be required.

Ground floor consists of 1 bedrom with bunk beds; 1 bathroom and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. 1st floor has 2 twin bedroom, one of them has a childs cot. There is a further bathrom on this level.

Outside Area:Outide has room for parking, terrace to relax. Property has many trees at the back and lawn to the front.
