Hale Niu is newly furnished in comfortable Hawaiian decor. Large extremly well equiped kitchen with adjoining dinning area. The two downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds and plentyof drawer and closet space as well as fans. There is also a sitting area where internet service is available (soon to have wifi).The family room has two couches (one with a delux fold out queen size bed) and two cane chairs with comfortable cushions and an entertainment center with 36" TV, DVD/CD player, and cable with DVR. Upstairs is the master suit with wonderful ocean and mountain views and king size bed, 32" TV with DVD player and private bathroom. Adjacent to the master is a sunroom with two twin beds and balcony with 180* ocean view

Outside Area:Large lanai and BBQ area with expansive front lawn with 20 coconut palms (watch out for falling cocos!)
