Portugal vacation home in Viana do Castelo - Minho holiday house in Norte

Classified as an old portuguese country house, this beautiful and dignified country house built in the second half of XVI century (1554), it still conserves the original traces. It has been tastefully restored for tourism in 1988, and it's situated in the Green Coast of Portugal. The house entrance is with magnificent bougainvilleas and a 16th century historical tower.

Located just 12 km from white sand beaches, this is a gorgeous region for its landscape and luxuriant vegetation, where you can admire extensive dunes that are hiding pines and eucaliptus. This house is located in the heart of Minho, 12 km from Viana do Castelo – the most beautiful town of Portugal. A little further afield, but within easy reach, there is golf and river sports. Possible interesting tours: The city of Viana do Castelo and its outskirts, untill the gorgeous region of Valença do Minho, the old cities of Braga, Guimarães and Ponte de Lima. You must also visit the inland regions.

Rental notes: The price varies depending on number of nights, people and times of the year. Suite 85 to 100 euros for 2 people. 130 to 150 euros for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children / teens). The dining room is extremely cosy, in white and blue tones with Viana and Barcelos wares. The room capacity is 14 people, and is equipped with baby chairs. This room also has a complete kitchenette with microwave, etc. The suite are spacious and comfortable, gorgeous decorated, and with suite facilities: a living room and a bathroom. In this beautiful bedroom there is an exit to the yard. The fiancés prefered the Tower Room, with its pretty furniture, its the perfect bedroom for seduction. The Turquoise Room with a yard entrance and clear tones. It's equipped with a complete bathroom as the rest of the bedrooms. The white and pink room are identical, with two beds and very comfortable.

Outside Area:A fresh swimming pool surround by a garden and orange-trees, where customers can order sandwiches and drinks. It was designed by a portuguese famous architect, that placed in the fountain an old stone façade. There are chair-beds and parasols. In total relaxation, we invite you to hear the water fall and the birds.
