The Villa has been designed and furnished to an extremely high specifications with all modern amenities, situated in private gated community surrounded by landscaped grounds and gardens. The house lies in the village of Pera which is on the road that stretches the length of the Algarve. Visitors to Jardins de Perâ have numerous sandy beaches to choose from the nearest being Praia Grande is approximately 3 kms. away. The most well known is Gale, a long sandy beach stretching for 5 km along the coast and offering water sports and selection of superb beach bars / fish restaurants. Local shops, bars and restaurants without the view of high rise accommodation and less than 10 minutes to everything else which would makes it a perfect holiday destination.

The village of Perâ is a typical Portuguese community with all amenities such as a bank, pharmacy, selection of cafes and snack bars, 3 restaurants and a village market hall 500 metres away where you can buy fresh fish and vegetables. There are 4 mini markets, selling freshly baked bread, produce and wine. This long sandy coastline from Armação de Pera to Gale is just as popular for walkers with the Lagoa dos Salgados estuary, a haven for wildlife and a popular destination for flamingos. The old town of Armação de Perâ Guia and the larger town of Albefuira provides for every possible taste in cuisine. Fish and seafood dishes are everywhere! Tuna, swordfish, dourada are popular for those who can cope with the bones! The most typical Portuguese fish dish is that created from bacalhau – dried salted codfish. It is virtually a national dish with reputably 365 ways of preparing it including for Christmas day. Running close second is of courses sardines (sardinhas) which are grilled or barbecued outside providing one the country’s most appetising smells. Piri Piri the red spicy chicken dish is available everywhere- but beware it is hot. The most popular Beef dish is bife ậ Portuguesa – sirloin topped with smoked ham, cooked in a clay dish and served on a bed of French fries. Some restaurants feature sucking pig – leitão, quail and game such as wild oar.

The luxuriously appointed living area contains designer furniture not usually offered in rented accommodation. The spacious lounge area has French Doors, opening out onto the garden. This gives an extremely private area for not only sunbathing, but for Alfresco Dining. The apartment contains the following: convertible bed settee can be used as two single or double bed, arm chairs, coffee table/storage area, sideboard. A luxury modern fitted kitchen containing everything necessary to meet your needs including: large dining table - expands to seat up to 8 people. For the Upstairs Accommodation, climb the marble stairs past the large picture windows onto the landing with patio door leading onto the front balcony overlooking the pool, barbeque and gardens. Both bedrooms have access to balconies with views over the village, a perfect place to have breakfast. The ground floor consists of a large area entrance hall with marble stairs leading to the second floor accommodation. Access to the hidden laundry facilities and automatic washing machine.

Outside Area:Large community pool and small children pool. It is surrounded by an area for sunbathing. There is a large covered communial Barbeque area available for guests to use.
