This beautiful villa, which sleeps 4 people, is set in a superb location in Zola. The views over the bay, towards Assos, are fabulous. The very long sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are a couple of local tavernas in this quiet hamlet, the nearest being next to the beach. The open-plan living area comprises a lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher). The villa has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both pleasantly furnished with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have their own en suite with shower. There is Sat/Dvd and Mp3 player which works in all rooms and music can be listened to outside as well. The lounge opens onto a large patio with magnificent views over the bay to Assos and Lefkada beyond. The barbecue is on this terrace which also has a dining table for those outdoor feasts ! The villa has its own swimming pool with sun patio. Included outside on the patio area is, a table and chairs for 4 people with unbrella, and 4 sun loungers.

Zola is situated in the North of Kefalonia, and is approximately 15 to 20 minutes drive from Lixouri and 30 minutes into Argostoli. Zola is a beautiful and typical Greek village, if you like peaceful surroundings then this is place for you. With Zola being a traditional village there are no local bars or shops to hand, so a drive is essential for your everyday needs, this does add to the charm of the Villas location. The 2 beaches surrounding the Villas are a pleasant walk, but are quite hilly. From Agi Kiraki beach you can hire a motor boat where you can explore other beaches and the picturesque coastline. The other local beach is Vouti beach, this is a quiet and secluded little cove. There are many places to visit in the surrounding area of Zola, a 15 minute drive North will bring you to the most photographed beach in Greece, Myrtos Beach, the views from above are amazing, and if you are a keen photographer you will have some amazing pictures to take home with you. There are 2 other towns to visit on your journey North, Agia Eifimia and Sami.
