This light and spacious two bedroom, second floor apartment offers everything you need for a home from home in Edinburgh's city centre. Located on Edinburgh's bustling Easter Road to the north east of the city centre, the apartment has lots of space, a large living room and beautiful period features. Comfort and convenience are guaranteed! The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. All major city centre attractions are within easy reach with Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the Playhouse Theatre and key Festival venues such as the Pleasance only 5 minutes by bus or approximately 15 minutes on foot. The Michelin-starred restaurants and Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith are half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by bus. After a long day exploring Edinburgh, relax in the large living room with its comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, Internet computer, board games and free wifi. Then rustle up a meal in the large, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need from a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and various kitchen utensils and gadgets. And we are sure you will have a good night’s sleep in the comfortable Super King size four poster bed, one of the twin beds or on the deluxe double sofa bed in the lounge, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are included in the rental and changed on a weekly basis. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, roll-top bath and shower. There is central heating and double glazing throughout the apartment, ensuring a cosy stay in the heart of Scotland’s capital. A supermarket (open until 10pm) is just along the road and Easter Road has a great selection of convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakery and patisserie, fruit and veg shops, pet shop and gift shops. Our second floor apartment is ideally located for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It is only 5 minutes by bus from Princes Street, The Royal Mile and the Playhouse Theatre (or an approximately 15 minute walk). Shopping & Dining: A supermarket is just on the doorstep and also nice, convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, a pet-shop, fruit and veg shops and gift shops. For those who do not feel like cooking there are take-away shops and good quality restaurants very close by.

Rental notes: We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due no less than 6 weeks before arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card via Paypal (4% surcharge due to PayPal costs).

The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, dining area, 42” flat screen TV, radio alarm clock and internet computer with broadband connection. Books, various board games and toys are provided for use by guests. The modern kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and various kitchen gadgets. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a comfortable luxurious double sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are included in the rental and changed on a weekly basis. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. The bathroom has a toilet, roll-top bath and power shower. We are a non-smoking accommodation. Pets: A basket, bedding, bowls and a cat-litter tray are provided for your pet. The apartment has a large crate available and additional crates can be provided.
