Orahovac Self catering villa rental - Lovely home in Bay of Kotor, Montenegro

Vila Hollick, is a new modern very spacious villa, 245 sq metres built by us in 2008. The villa is less than 20 metres from the beach, in Orahovac a picturesque fishing village. The entrance to the villa is on the first floor into a spacious open plan living room, consisting of a large seating area,sofa bed, Satellite Plasma TV, DVD and WiFi internet. Two sets of large french windows open on to a big terrace with a beautiful view over the bay of Kotor, ideal for alfresco dinning. An arch leads through to the kitchen area where their is an additional table and 8 chairs and a cloakroom. A third set of french windows leads on to a small patio to the side of the villa where we have a barbeque area. On the ground floor we have a large spacious bedroom with King sized double bed, double sofa bed and also fit a cot. French windows open on to a small terrace, which is fenced from the road, a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washing machine. This room is suitable for young families as there are no balconies and it is away from the other bedrooms. On the top floor we have three bedrooms two with King and Queen sized double beds and one with twin beds all with their own shower rooms, wc’s and balconies two with sea views and one with small sea view and mountain view. The house is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months, duvets and blankets. The villa has a garage and parking outside for two cars. If you are a large group or have young children and fancy spending a night drinking the local wine and relaxing on the terrace Fanika the neighbour will come to your rescue. Fanika cooks delicious fish dishes with fresh produce and will deliver it to your door. We have her menue and prices which are of course a lot cheaper than eating out. Outside on the terrace we have a table and 8 chairs with additional table, 4 chairs, parasol and a barbeque on the patio. Activities Kayak Rental from Beach Bar and Water skiing, etc

Views:Very beautiful views to the sea and mountains

Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast. The village has a lovely long south facing stone beach, the nicest in the area. At one end of the beach is a seasonal beach bar and the other end is the hotel Amfora. The hotel has it’s own beach bar, fitness room, and it would be possible to get an internet service. A regular local bus service operates on the main road from by the village shop between Kotor and Risan with connections to Herceg Novi. Orahovac is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.

Rental notes: Special Rates for 1-2 Couples for a Full week 600 Euros. Prices are based on 8 people extra people are 15 euros per person per week. A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euros via bank transfer. A refundable deposit of 300 Euros is required on arrival to cover any breakages. A local tourist taxes of 80 cents a day per person needs to be paid within 24 hours of arriving, our agent can advise you.
