This villa has 3+ bedrooms situated right on the soft sandy beach of Sapodilla Bay. The main house offers a king master suite with ensuite bath, a bunk bed room and another king bedroom. A few steps off of the main house is another king master suite with ensuite bathroom. Private 48 foot freshwater pool, 2 double ocean kayaks and magnificent views of the Caribbean. The house is equipped with all your necessary amenities and comforts of home! Full kitchen, stereo with outside speakers for listening to tunes by the beach, 2 washers and dryers, grill, wifi and much more! Villa Oceana, along with our neighbors, have a security guard at nights for your peace of mind and relaxation!

We are located on the southside of the island about 10-12 minutes from the airport. Our house is located on Sapodilla Bay, close to Chalk Sound national park and Taylor Bay. We are about 15 minutes from Grace Bay and all the tourist shops and resorts. The island itself is only about 20+ miles long, so it does not take very long to get anywhere. A car is highly recommended as there are no addresses on the homes and there is no postal service on island.

Rental notes: Rates vary depending on high or low season and upon use of main house or the whole property with additional outside master suite. We accept a min. of 4 nights. US Thanksgiving week is high season rate. Christmas/New Year's is a 2 week min. at $6,500 per week. 50% down to book the villa and the final 50% plus government tax of 11% is due 60 days prior to arrival. AC usage is metered and charged to guest. We accept Visa/Mastercard or wire transfer. Please inquire for additional rate questions or dates.

3 bedrooms in the main house consist of a king master suite with ensuite bathroom, a bunkbed room and another king bedroom. A few steps off of the main house is another king master suite with ensuite bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bamboo dining room that seats 8.

Outside Area:We offer a 48 foot private pool. Expansive patio for sunning, lounging, grilling and relaxation. From the pool you walk right onto the sandy beach of Sapodilla Bay. The owners have put lots of time and energy into the lush gardens and landscaping around the property. There are also 2 palapas down by the beach for shade. Plenty of chaise lounges by the beach and the pool.
