Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa for rent which can accommodate up to twelve people. Built on a hillside to catch the trade- winds breezes so that air conditioning is not necessary, it is in a quiet location, with wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by many tropical trees. Around an open patio there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Few steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, from which it s possible to go to the terrace and reach the swimming pool and BBQ zone. In the lower level there is a studio with double bed, bathroom and kitchen with private entrance.

Arcavilla is located in a quiet position on the top of a hill overlooking Falmouth Harbour and English Harbour. In the marinas you will found mega yachts from all over the world , restaurants and supermarket and whatever you look for yuour night life.

Around an open patio there are 5 bedrooms, each with woodden floor and roof and private bathroom in italian design. Few steps lead down to the living room with 3 sofas for up to 12 people, flat TV with DVD player and DVD library. From the living room you can reach the terrace with wonderfull view over the Harbour, or going to the fully equipped kitchen ( microwave,dishwasher,6 burnersstove and electrical oven). Out of the kitchen there is the terrace with a table for up to 14 seats and stunning view and nice breeze.

Outside Area:Downstairs there is a gazebo with a round table and nice view over the Harbour. Few steps lead down by the pool where you can find chaislounge , benches and BBQ area.
