La Finca Golf Resort is set in the heart of the Spanish countryside near the village of Algorfa and is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday home away from the hubub yet close to the coast and necessary amenities. If you enjoy playing golf in a wonderful natural setting, La Finca is an oasis at the foot of the Escotera Mountains, and home to a variety of migratory birds. There are many other golf courses in the area for those wishing to enjoy a variety of golf, including Villamartin, La Ramblas, Real Campoamor and the well known resort of La Manga. Close by are the traditional villages of Algorfa, Almoradi and Los Montesinos, with the cultural cities of Orihuela, Elche, Murcia and Alicante an easy cars journey away. For a lively experience you can drive to Torrevieja, a popular tourist destination on the Mediterranean coast. Less than an hour’s drive are Spain’s premier theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Aqualandia. The fabulous beaches of Guardamar Del Segura with its long golden beach and pine forest picnic area and La Zenia are only 15 minutes drive. The beautiful area of the Mar Menor is less than 30 minutes away, offering a variety of water sports and leisure activities. Our apartment is positioned in one of the best locations within the resort, being close to amenities, yet in a quiet gated community, second line to the fourth and fifth fairways of the golf course.

Rental notes: Rental rates: are for the apartment per booking sleeping up to a maximum of four. Second week discount: 15% off second week when a consecutive week is booked. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Rates: all rates include a meet and greet service, electricity, gas, water, linen, towels (not beach towels), and apartment preparation prior to arrival. For 14 night stays maid service is available on the 8th day for change of linen, towels, bath mats and freshening up of bathrooms at an additional charge 0f £30. ∆ nb: there is a £10 surcharge per day over the christmas, new year and easter periods - please e-mail for details. Booking: a £50 non-refundable deposit plus £50 security deposit is required with all bookings. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation charges: if cancelled within 28 days of departure - 50% of balance. Within 15 days -70%. Less than 7 days of departure - 100% of balance. Arrival and departure: access to the apartment will be from 15:00 pm on arrival day and the apartment must be vacated by no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. Possible variation to these times may only be agreed with the owners and prior to departure.
