Our stunning apartment on the Marina d'Or II complex is a tranquil residential complex situated only 5 minutes walk from the famous Cala d'Or marins, local shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. The 2 bedroom apartment is furnished to high standards and is truly a "home from home", it has its own private gated garden which fronts one of nine stunning fresh water freeform swiiming pools surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens and water fountaisn. The apartment comes with its own car-parking space within security gates

Views:The undercover terrace is furnished with sunloungers and outdoor furniture, there is a private lawn.

This is a family friendly apartment and is ideally suited for familes and couples alike. The apartments has air-conditioning and heating so is suited for any season. Mallorca has so much to offer and the apartment makes an ideal base. Within 5 minutes walk are the resort amenities including shops, supermaket, bars, restaurants, childrens discos, trampoline / amusement park, beaches and the famous marina of Cala d'Or.

Rental notes: Bookings can be made via telephone or email, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking with the full balance to be made eight weeks prior to the date of departure. There is a refundable deposit of £100 for breakages and damage and a refundable key deposit of £20 which is returned upon receipt of the property keys at the end of the stay.

Bed 1 : 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes & air conditioning Bed 2 : 2 single beds, fold down bed in wardrobe, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning Bath : Fully fitted bathroom suite including bath with shower over, twin sink and bidet Kitchen : Fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and fully integrated applpiances including cooker and hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Utility : There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board Living room : The lounge / dining area has sofas and soft furnishings and dining suite, all furnishings are to a high standard. The living area is fully air conditioned, there is a tv, dvd player, cd player and a selection of books, games and dvds

Outside Area:The private covered terrace leads onto the lawned garden which has a gated access to the pools making it safe for children of all ages. There is a "pull-out" awning to provide added shade should it be required. The garden leads directly to one of the many stunning pools on the complex.
