Bedding - 4 king sized, 1 queen, 6 twin, 3 sofa sleepers. sleeps up to 21 guests 3 fully furnished kitchens (main kitchen has granite countertops and custom Thomasville cabinetry) refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, dishwashers, microwave and all small appliances, iron and ironing board on each level, built in vanities with blowdryers, lots of mirrors, sunny and cheerful interior. Off-street parking for 7 to 8 vehicles, but no buses, trailers or RV's are permitted. Sorry, no pets nor indoor smoking.

NEXT Level: Dolphin suite has king bed and 2 twins, bath ensuite, private entrance, deck. Shipwatch suite has king bed, queen bed and bath ensuite, private entrance, deck. Outside Area:Wrap around decks on all levels provide lots of exterior space (almost 2000 sq ft), great places to sit in chairs and relax, 2 porch swings, barbeque by the pool, enjoy your own private heated, sports pool, with privacy fence, outdoor living area by pool is the great meeting spot for chatting, the outdoor dining room has space for everyone to eat together, the palm trees sway with the gentle beach breezes, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a gulf or pool swim. Parking for 7 to 8 vehicles, which is hard to find at the beach. No RV's, buses or trailers are permitted. Smoking on outdoor decks and yard only, NO indoor smoking. Sorry, NO pets are permitted.
