Nearby there is a small tuscan village, with an old church,some little shops, a chemist and 2 restaurants. The surroundings: mountain villages, miles of golden beaches, smart resorts and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered. We offer private beach access at a nice beach club with reserved parking at a very reasonable price.

The property is situated on the Massarosa hills around Lucca, 235m above sea level, just 15 km to the nice sandy beaches of Viareggio ( at about 15 mins), with beautiful views of the sea and of Lake Massaciuccoli: when it's very clear you can see Corsica island, too. Nearby there is a small Tuscan village, with an old church, some little shops, a chemist and 2 restaurants. The surroundings: mountain villages, miles of golden beaches, smart resorts and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered. Opera, arts and music festivals run throughout summer and make Versilia a region where visitors can soak up Italian culture at its finest. The house is also an ideal base for trips in the Apuan Mountains and to visit the famous Tuscany sites: Lucca, Pisa at 30 kms, Florence at 1 hour, the 'Cinque Terre'.

This Tuscan villa rental has many pieces of elegant stylish furniture and a number of antiques and unique pieces collected by the owner from around the world. The main villa is on 3 floors and is made up of the ground floor, a big new fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a full bathroom (shower) and direct access to the garden and the pool. The first floor has a large living room with access to a panoramic terrace, a full bathroom (shower)and direct access to the garden. The second floor has a studio, a large double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi and shower), and a beautiful panoramic terrace. In front of the villa, within the property, there is an attractive guest house ( sleeps two) which we recommend at young people; it's made up of an open room with fully equipped cooking corner,a double bed (raised level), a full bathroom (shower).
